First Aid Training with Kristen Bright

Have you ever wondered what you would do if you were out in the desert and your hiking partner had a medical emergency? Would you even identify that it IS an emergency? Sometimes you can even head off an emergency if you identify the problem early. You cannot always rely on someone else to take charge and help. This basic class could be the difference between comfort and discomfort, a quick recovery or a lifetime problem, even life or death.

The most common problems we see on the trail are covered in this moderately paced, hands on 4-hour class taught by an exceptionally talented, knowledgeable nurse. Kristen is a Certified Basic Life Support instructor.
