Annual Spring Hike/Picnic/Business Meeting

Assembly Place/Time: All hikers will meet at Bell. The A and B hikers leave at 7:30 am so be sure you are in the right group, and the C hikers leave at 8:00 am.

Lunch Information: This is a potluck so bring a dish to share such as a casserole, salad, dessert or whatever suits your fancy. In addition to your potluck item, bring your own plate or bowl, eating utensils and non-alcoholic beverage. Also, please bring a folding chair for the meeting after lunch. We must clear the Ramada by 1:00 so we need to return from all hikes by 11:30.

Meeting Information: Prior to the meeting, you will receive ballot information.

Driving Instructions: Drive north on 99th Avenue. Turn left on Lake Pleasant Parkway. Follow Lake Pleasant Parkway to the end at Carefree Highway (SR74). Turn right on Carefree Highway (SR74) past I-17 to North 32nd Street and turn left. Continue on this road, which becomes East Cave Creek Parkway, to the park entrance. There is an entrance fee of $10 per vehicle. Ramadas are on the left. The picnic/business meeting will be at Ramada 2.
